I’m stuck on a step in the onboarding process and it won’t let me continue.

Onboarding follows a fixed sequence:

Email verification → invite code (if required) → phone verification → connect-health intro → personal information → address → identity verification → (pharmacy selection during identity) → processing (medical records sync) → chat.

The app will not advance until required fields for that step are complete (for example, date of birth and gender before leaving personal info).
