Your health information is used and shared by Clara’s affiliated medical groups and their clinicians for your treatment, for payment, and for operations, and otherwise only as HIPAA permits or with your permission. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for details.
If you consented to health information exchange (HIE) participation, providers involved in your care may also access your information through the networks described in our HIE Consent Form.
