When do I choose a pharmacy?

You choose a pharmacy when Clara drafts a prescription order in chat. Pick the pharmacy on the order before you submit it, and it’s saved as your preferred pharmacy for future orders. Clara no longer asks for a pharmacy during onboarding.
You can change your pharmacy anytime by choosing a different one on your next order. To change the pharmacy for an order you’ve already submitted, message your care team from Messages.
Clara can send prescriptions to nearly any retail or mail-order pharmacy in the US.
