I want my records deleted.

You can withdraw your consent to health information exchange (HIE) sharing at any time by sending a written request to support@askclara.com, as described in our HIE Consent Form. After you withdraw, your information won’t be shared through the HIE going forward, but information already accessed may remain part of a provider’s medical record.

To delete your Clara account, go to Settings and select Request account deletion. Certain health records, such as lab results, clinical notes, and consent records, may be kept as required by HIPAA and state medical-record laws, even after your account is deleted.
