How do I know if my medical records connected?

Clara gathers your medical records in the background after you verify your identity and confirm your details. When the search is complete, you’ll receive an email letting you know whether records were found.
As your records come in, Clara’s clinicians review them and send you a welcome note with any action items. After that, you can explore your records by asking Clara in chat, and message your care team from Messages with any questions.
Not every provider participates in every network, and some records may be unavailable because of state-specific regulations. If you think something went wrong, contact support@askclara.com.
