Can Clara get records from any doctor I name?

No. Retrieval is through the health information exchanges and networks Clara uses, not an on-demand request to a provider by name.

If a provider isn’t on those networks, you can ask them for a copy of your records and upload it as a PDF in chat or from the Documents page.
