Nothing showed up—I know I have records from a specific hospital/doctor. Why?

Clara pulls information available through health information exchanges (HIEs), including CommonWell, Carequality, and eHealth Exchange, not by contacting each provider’s office directly. Not every provider or hospital contributes to every network, matching depends on correct identity information, and some records may be unavailable because of state-specific regulations. So it’s possible to have real medical care that doesn’t appear here.
