Why am I getting texts / emails from Clara?

Clara sends email and text message (SMS) notifications about your care, such as:
Codes to verify your email address and phone number
Your medical record search is complete
A new message from your care team
A clinician has reviewed your request or signed a visit summary
Your prescription was sent to your pharmacy
Your lab results are ready
You can choose how you receive these in Settings > Notifications. Care updates cover appointments, results, and prescriptions, and Marketing covers tips, product news, and educational content. You can turn each one on or off for email and SMS. Promotional emails also include an unsubscribe link.
