My verification code expired or doesn’t work.

Clara uses one-time codes to verify your email address and phone number when you sign up. Email codes expire after 15 minutes, and phone codes expire after a few minutes. If a code expires, request a new one from the same screen. You can request a new code about a minute after the last one.
If a new code still doesn’t work, reach out to us at support@askclara.com.
Logging in to an existing account doesn’t use a code. Use your email and password, or the Google or Apple account you signed up with. If you forgot your password, select Forgot password? on the login page.
