Yes. During onboarding, your health intake asks you to review the medications and supplements found in your medical records and confirm which ones you’re still taking. This gives Clara and the clinical team an up-to-date list. If you request an order before finishing onboarding, it’s held until you complete it.
Clara also confirms your allergies before drafting any medication order. If your medications change, tell Clara in chat or message your care team.
