My draft order disappeared or I can’t find it—what happened?

A draft order in chat expires 12 hours after Clara creates it if you haven’t submitted it for review. This makes sure your health information (conditions, medications, allergies, etc.) is current when a clinician reviews the order.

If a draft has expired, you’ll see “This draft has expired.” Start a new chat to request an updated order.
