What do the statuses mean (draft, in review, approved, sent to pharmacy)?

Draft: Clara has proposed an order, but you haven’t submitted it for review yet. Drafts expire after 12 hours.

Held: you submitted the order before finishing onboarding. It waits until onboarding is complete.

Ready to send: onboarding is complete, and you can send the order for review.

In review: a clinician is reviewing your order.

Approved: a clinician approved your order. You don’t need to do anything else.

Ordered / Finalized by provider: the clinician has finalized your prescription.

Sent to pharmacy: your prescription was sent to your pharmacy.

Inactive: the order was not approved or is no longer active.
