What do the statuses mean (draft, in review, approved, sent to pharmacy)?

Draft — proposed order not yet submitted for review.
In review — sent to clinician for review.
Approved — cleared for next patient action.
Ordered / finalized by provider / sent to pharmacy — progression toward the pharmacy receiving the prescription (exact labels match the Prescriptions screen).
Rejected — not approved.
Error — something went wrong.
