Clara does not bill insurance directly today, but can use your insurance information to help coordinate your care, such as prescription formulary information or in-network specialist referrals.
Prescriptions Clara’s clinicians write go to your pharmacy and may be covered by your insurance. Labs are not billed to insurance; any lab charges are paid by card when the labs are ordered.
You may use your FSA or HSA to pay for services on Clara. Clara also starts free: you can connect your records, chat, and get health insights at no cost.
